Tip from Caroline Frazer: To thicken thin lips you can draw slightly beyond the lip with a neutral lip pencil and then apply lipstick up to the liner. This will automatically give the illusion of thicker lips. You can also apply a light coloured eye shadow on the center of your lips over lipstick and blend outwards.
Don’t wear a dark shade of lipstick as this will make your lips look smaller.
