Tip from Caroline Frazer: To make your lips appear fuller, use a deep shade of lip colour on the outside corners of lips. Then apply a lighter lip colour (in a similar shade) to the centre of the lips. A good tip to remember is that light brings forward and dark recedes!
Think about texture and colour when choosing lipstick. A single shade can look very different in different textures. Matte means dense color, no shine and little (if any) moisture. Cream delivers strong colour with moisture. Gloss helps lips to look moist and shiny. Stain looks very dark in the tube but looks sheer on the lips. Frosted colours contain sparkly white and are generally more suited to youthful complexions.
