Simple Face Moisturiser

It's a good idea to use a moisturiser both morning and night to help keep your skin hydrated and nourished and to prevent signs of premature ageing.  

Apply a moisturiser every morning to your face and neck. Applying it from your chest upwards will guard against the effects of gravity - and you’ll be glad that you did this when you get older! You also need to use sun protection in your morning application, either separately or as part of your moisturiser – a minimum of SPF 15 is a good idea even on cloudy days.

All skin, even if it’s oily, needs to be moisturised, especially if you’re going to be exposing it to harsh weather conditions.

Using a moisturiser on your face will help keep it soft and supple by maintaining the natural moisture barrier. This protects the skin against environmental stresses which your face is exposed to every day, such as cold weather and central heating – all of which have a drying effect on your skin.
