"I'd seriously reccommend this lipbalm to anyone! It's fantastic for moisture updates throughout the day! I tend to find some lipbalms are hard to keep moisture and seem to act like you've just put water on your lips (they just fall off) - NOT this Simple lip balm. "Although I love how this product is made from natural ingredients with essential vitamins and nutrients, I'll have to say I was disappointed. I was having trouble with cracked lips especially the end corners. This lip balm moisturized my lips to a minimum but didn't do much to alleviate the pain I get from the end corners. I would apply it past my lip contours but my corners would still hurt whenever I open my mouth. Had to buy another lip balm in two days. FROM SIMPLE: We are sorry to hear that our Kind To Lips Essential Lip Balm hasn’t met your expectations. We have designed the product to provide long lasting protection and to help rehydrate the lips. This balm contains a range of ingredients such as Shea Butter and Glycerin to help moisturise the lips as well as sun screens ( SPF15) which provide additional protection. Cracked skin can sometimes be an indication of an underlying medical condition for which a medicated product would be more appropriate rather than a daily lip balm such as our Kind To Lips Essential Lip Balm. If the dry skin continues, we would recommend you seeking advice from your local pharmacist who will be able to help you further or please get in touch with our Consumer Relations team if you need any more advice.
