Gentle Care Shampoo

"I have Dermatitis and cannot use anything with perfume in and Simple shampoo & soap is the only thing i can use, it does a very good job. the only thing is that it is lately it is hard to get in the shops i have tried lots of places but can't get the shampoo, can you help, I must have it."

"What a pity that Simple has started stuffing their hair care products with multiple essential oils. No one with a perfume, fragrance or Balsam of Peru allergy can possibly use a "no perfume" shampoo that's full of perfumes like chamomile and geranium oil! "I have been trying to get hold of the Simple shampoo without success for a few months now. Our local Sainsburys, Waitrose, Co-op, Boots, Lloyds Pharmacies (all quite large stores) don't have it. From reading the comments on your website I wonder if ANY of these stores are stocking the product now? The variety of addresses from people making comments is country-wide! FROM SIMPLE: Unfortunately the products that are available in-store are determined by the retailer and not the manufacturer; they base their decision on sales. Also, the retailers do not advise us of which stores stock our products, we are only aware of which companies buy them from us. However, I am pleased to advise that Boots, Co-op Pharmacy, Lloyds, Superdrug, Tesco and TheHealthcounter.com are all stockists of this product. If it is not in your local stores please ask them to order it in for you. Alternatively you can purchase it from www.boots.com I hope this information helps. "

"I love your shampoo and conditioner, but can't get it anywhere. Have tried Asda, Sainsburys, Superdrug, and Boots. All used to stock them but one by one they have all stopped. Assistant in Boots told me they have tried to reorder but without success. all still stock your skincare products. Why is the shampoo and conditioner unavailable? "I have been trying to buy your Hair Shampoo for my Mum-in-Law who can only use this and thinks its brilliant but have had great difficulty in locating somewhere that sells it. I have tried Bracknell, Reading, Wokingham, Windsor, Winnersh all in Berkshire, Camberley in Surrey and Ickenham in Middlesex, in Boots, Sainsburys, Superdrug and Waitrose without any luck.
