"i have been using this product for months even close to a year and it works wonders on non-waterproof mascara, the other day i decided to buy waterproof mascara coz on the make up remover it states in block that it even removes waterproof mascara. anyway, i used it today to try and take off the mascara but it did not work, bits of my eye lashes just started to fall off coz i had to rub it hard. WHY advertise that it takes off water proof mascara when it doesnt....very dissapointed."

"I am very disappointed. it doesn't take off water proof mascara at all. I have to either rub my eye lashes within 2 fingers soaked with the remover, or clamp my eyelashes in cotton soak with this product, and rub until alot of my eyelashes came off. That's not even cleaning it properly. The funny thing is, this product comes in clear plastic bottle. Not a solid white bottle as the picture in you website. bar code:011451103917. It doesn't say where its made, and I bought it at Mustafa Center, SIngapore"
