Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a well-loved ingredient for moisturising skin, helping to improve texture and softness. As an antioxidant, it's known to help to protect the skin from damage from nasty free-radicals - a big contributor to premature ageing. Found in some of our favourite foods like avocados, almonds, sweet potato, and spinach, it also helps to prevent cell tissue damage by acting as a barrier for the skin.
